Payment Security & Fraud Prevention Policy
At Lux & Savors Catering, the safety and security of our customers and business are top priorities. To help prevent fraud, we reserve the right to verify a customer's identity and payment information before processing any order.
For debit or credit card purchases of $200 or more, customers must either:
Complete payment in person at a mutually agreed-upon police precinct, or
Submit payment securely through Zelle.
This requirement does not apply to government entities, including the Department of Education (DOE) or other federal, state, or city agencies.
Lux & Savors Catering reserves the right to decline, cancel, postpone, or delay any order or transaction that appears fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or cannot be reasonably verified.
We may also request a valid government-issued photo ID or additional documentation when necessary to help protect all parties involved.
